Set up your Retriiv Tracker Card
Setup takes just two steps — scan, then pair.
Step 1
Scan the QR code on your card
Use the camera on the phone you want finders to reach, scan the QR code, and follow the registration step to link your phone number.
Step 2
Pair the tracker with your phone
Pick your phone below and follow the guide. Works with Apple Find My and Android Find Hub.
iPhone
Requires an iPhone running iOS 17 or later.
- Press and hold the button on your card for 5 seconds until you hear a beep — it's on.
- Turn on Bluetooth, then open the Find My app.
- Go to the Items tab and tap Add Item.
- Tap Other Supported Item.
- Follow the prompts — the card gets linked to your Apple ID.
- Done. You can now locate your card, play a sound, and get directions from Find My.
Heads up: choose Other Supported Item, not “Add AirTag” — the card won't appear under the AirTag option.
Android
Requires a phone running Android 11 or later.
- Press and hold the button on your card for 5 seconds until you hear a beep — it's on.
- Turn on Bluetooth, then open the Find Hub app.
- When the pop-up appears, tap Connect.
- Tap Agree and continue.
- Tap Open app.
- Done. You can now see your card on the map, play a sound, and share it.
No pop-up? Restart your phone and the card, then try again — or go to Settings > Google Services > Devices > Nearby Devices and select the card.
Find Hub requires stock Android and isn't available in some countries.
Troubleshooting
- Charging the card: place it on a wireless (inductive) charger QR side down — the QR circle on the back marks the charging spot, so center it on the charger. A faint red LED near the left side of the luggage-strap cutout shows it's charging — it turns green when full. The LED can be hard to see, so if in doubt, about 2 hours on the charger is plenty.
- Low battery warning right after pairing? The app sometimes misreads the battery at first. Give it a few minutes — it will correct itself.
- Card won't connect? Reset it: press the button 4 times in a row until you hear a beep, then keep holding until you hear a second beep. Then start pairing again.
- Power off: press the button 5 times in a row until you hear a beep.
